We conduct mediations, conciliations, and dispute resolution procedures (conciliation proceedings) and support the parties in reaching amicable resolutions of legal and commercial conflicts. Settlements can be structured to be enforceable in accordance with § 794 (1) No. 1 ZPO. We stand for structured procedures, legal reliability, and sustainable solutions.
