If you wish to initiate a procedure directly, you can conveniently submit the application for the state-approved conciliation procedure online.

The conciliation procedure (state-approved) offered by the CenaCom Dispute Resolution Center can be initiated easily online. The procedure is legally compliant and recognized throughout Germany.
