State-Approved Conciliation Procedure
A state-approved conciliation procedure is a formal method of out-of-court dispute resolution. It enables the parties to reach a legally binding agreement with the support of an approved conciliation body. This procedure offers an alternative to court proceedings and provides immediate legal effects such as enforceability and the suspension of limitation periods.
